A friend and I have made a pact that one event we will have before we die is a rooftop dinner party. Whenever a rooftop party is shown on television or in the movies, it is always an elegant affair, even if it is a casual get together of friends for no reason. The sense of being out and on the roof of a building brigs a sense of being on top of the world. And who needs more of a reason to celebrate than to celebrate being outside, and on top of the world?
