Chevron has been huge this year as a pattern. It's a cutesy + contemporary twist to such a traditional fall decor item like a pumpkin!
Lastly, can you imagine how wonderful this candle surrounding by cinnamon sticks tied with twine must smell? The warming cinnamon sticks would warm up any home with the smell of autumn!
Wishing a wonderful + safe Halloween to all!
Salut, Yelle
I'm not big into decorating for seasons/holidays, but I do have a single mini white pumpkin sitting on our front windowsill! Haha. That's about as creative as I get. I do like the cinnamon wrapped candles, that's so smart.
ReplyDeleteI'm all about decorating for fall! It really makes it feel like the holidays for me. But a little white pumpkin sounds so cute!
DeleteI seriously considered going chevron with my pumpkin this year (went another route)- but I'm definitely filing it for next year. Love the first image.
ReplyDeleteI too wanted to do the chevron pumpkin, but the mint pumpkin I got was just too cute to paint over!
DeleteLovely inspiration, Yelle, I am so sad I can't find any little pumpkins in my hometown...
ReplyDeleteThanks! And that is such a bummer!
DeleteLove the cinnamon sticks tied around the candles! I think I'll have to decorate my home with this for fall.
ReplyDeleteI know! It seems like a very simple way to incorporate fall into the house!
Deletecinnamon stick candle holders are the best! I made one as a craft in elementary school to give to my family for christmas and it STILL smells amazing each year!

ReplyDeleteI love the painted pumpkins trend, if I had a front porch I would fill it up with those pumpkins, but on a third floor apartment no one would see them :(
