Independence Festivities!

A few years ago, we found out by mistake that around 9:00 pm our lovely town does a fireworks show, and that we can see the entire show from our balcony! So this year we invited all of our coworkers, mine and S's, to come by for drinks, food, and to watch the show! In previous weeks my coworker and I got together for cheese, crackers, champagne and chalkboard painting. So I brought out all of my chalkboard painted platters, plates, signs, displays and described everything that was being served. Including a tortilla chips, salsa, and queso platter, white sangria labeled, hibiscus cooler recipe, and a beer menu. Over all we had a great turn out with lots of delicious leftovers too!
